Barbecue Grilling Recipes- Shrimps
Grilled Barbecue Shrimp (spicy)
- 2 pounds large shrimp (raw and cleaned)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 medium sized lemon (juiced)
- 1/3 butter (melted)
- Paprika (or chili flakes)
- Garlic powder (or finely crushed garlic)
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions for Grilling:
Make sure that the shrimps are beheaded and deboned. Clean the shrimps with running water and then pat them dry with a clean towel.
Mix the ingredients in a bowl or container. Make certain that everything is well mixed before dropping the shrimps in the container.
Cover the bowl or container and then chill the marinated shrimps for an hour.
Pre-heat the griller and grease it with melted butter or vegetable oil. Grill the shrimp for at least 2 minutes per side.
Serve with grilled peppers.
